摘　　要：目的：研究LEEP刀对重度宫颈糜烂患者宫颈局部微循环状态的影响。方法：将2011年10月-2013年12月于本院进行诊治的80例重度宫颈糜烂患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组（传统电刀治疗组）40例和观察组（LEEP刀治疗组）40例，比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后1、2、3周的宫颈局部微血供相关指标及宫颈水肿程度。结果：观察组治疗后1、2、3周的宫颈局部血流灌注、微血管管径及毛细血管管径均高于对照组，而宫颈水肿程度及宫颈颜色也均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：LEEP刀对重度宫颈糜烂患者宫颈局部微循环状态的影响较大，更有助于患者宫颈局部的尽快康复。Objective： To study the influence of LEEP knife on cervical local microeirculation state of patients with severe cervical erosion. Methods： A total of 80 patients with severe cervical erosion in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2013 were divided into control group（traditional electric knife treatment group）and observation group（LEEP knife treatment group）by half. The cervical local micro blood supply and cervical edema degree of two groups before the treatment and on the first, second and third week after the treatment were analyzed and compared. Results ： The cervical local blood perfusion, microvascular diameter and blood capillary diameter of observation group on the first, second and third week after the treatment were all significantly higher than those of control group,and the cervical edema degree and cervical color were all significantly better than those of control group too （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions： LEEP knife has significant effect on the cervical local microcirculation state of patients with severe cervical erosion,and it is more helpful for recovery of patients with cervical erosion.
