摘 要:【目的】探讨虫生广布拟盘多毛孢GH10菌株对松突圆蚧的致病力,明确其对松突圆蚧致病力的影响因素,为深入研究广布拟盘多毛孢致死松突圆蚧机理及开发利用广布拟盘多毛孢防治松突圆蚧提供科学依据。【方法】以前期研究中分离得到的对松突圆蚧有较高毒力的广布拟盘多毛孢GH10菌株为研究对象,设5种GH10菌株孢子悬浮液浓度(1×104、1×105、1×106、1×107和1×108个孢子/mL)、5种温度(15、20、25、30、35℃)及4种湿度(65%、75%、85%、95%),测定不同孢子浓度、温度和湿度下GH10菌株对松突圆蚧的致病力。【结果】以1×107个孢子/mL孢子浓度下对松突圆蚧的致病力最强,接种10d后松突圆蚧的校正死亡率达48.72%;1×107个孢子/mL孢子浓度下,温度在25℃时,接种10 d后松突圆蚧的校正死亡率较高,为87.52%,湿度为95%时的校正死亡率最高,为90.52%。【结论】在25℃、湿度>95%条件下,孢子浓度为1×107个孢子/mL的虫生广布拟盘多毛孢GH10菌株悬浮液对松突圆蚧的致病力最强,可在生产中推广应用。[Objective]Virulence of Pestalotiopsis disseminata GH10 strain to Hemiberlesia pitysophila was studied and the influencing factors were identified to provide references for its application on control and treatment of Hemiberlesia pitysophila. [Method]Pestalotiopsis disseminata GH10 strain isolated from the diseased Hemiberlesia pitysopbila was made as the research object and its virulence on H. pitysophila was measured under the conditions of 5 kinds of spore concentration of 1×10^4、1×10^5、1×10^6、1×10^7 and 1×10^8 spores/mL, temperature of 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35℃, and humidity of 65%, 75%, 85% and 95%. [Result]The results showed that GH10 strain had the strongest virulence against H. pitysophila at the concentration of 1×10^7 spores/mL, and corrected mortality reached 48.72% after 10 days of vaccination. At the concentration of 1×10^7 spores/mL, the corrected mortality was the highest at 25 % (87.52%). The corrected mortality was the highest under the humidity of 95% (90.52%). [Conclusion]Under the conditions of temperature of 25℃, humidity above 95% and concentration of 1×10^7 spores/mL, virulence of P. disseminata GH10 strain on I4. pitysophila was the strongest, which could be applied and extended in production.
