舒芬太尼对兔定量药物脑电图的影响

摘  要:目的探讨舒芬太尼对兔定量药物脑电图(quantitative pharmaco—electroencephalogram,QPEEG)各频段的影响。方法24只健康成年家兔随机分为4组(n=6):NS组(生理盐水1ml·kg-1)、LD组(舒芬太尼1.5μg·kg-1)、MD组(舒芬太尼3μg·kg-1)、HD组(舒芬太尼63μg·kg-1)。应用QPEEG,采用功率谱分析,分析兔在静脉注射舒芬太尼前后α1、α2、β1、β2、δ和θ各频段功率百分比的变化。结果与给药前相比,NS组、LD组中β1频段功率百分比无明显变化(P〉0.05),MD组、HD组中各脑区β1频段功率百分比均在30S-30min内减少(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),且较大部分与舒芬太尼剂量呈负相关(r=-0.43~-0.75,P〈0.05);8频段功率百分比在NS组、LD组与给药前相比也无明显变化,而MD组、HD组中各脑区8频段功率百分比在30s~30min内增加(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),且与舒芬太尼剂量呈明显正相关(r=0.48~0.80,P〈0.01);各脑区α1、α2、β2和θ频段功率百分比与给药前相比未见明显变化(P〉0.05)。结论舒芬太尼以剂量依赖方式减少兔QPEEGβ1频段功率百分比,同时也以剂量依赖方式增加8频段功率百分比,提示β1和δ频段功率百分比可能成为舒芬太尼镇痛程度的监测指标。Objective To investigate the effects of sulfentanil on the band powers of quantitative pharmaco - electro- encephalography in rabbits. Methods Twenty -four healthy rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, according to their treatment with 1 ml/kg normal saline (NS group), 1.5, 3 and 6 g/kg sulfentanil (LD, MD and HD groups). Then the data of QPEEG were collected for analyzing the change of the percentages of α1、α2、β1、β2、δ and θ-band powers before and after sulfentanil treatment. Results Compared with the baseline, there was no obvious change in the NS and LD groups as to the percentage of β1 - band power (P 〉 0.05 ). The percentage of β1 - band power in each encephalic regions of the MD and HD groups were remarkably decreased from 30 seconds to 30 minutes ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The change of the percentage of β1 - band power was negatively correlated with the dose of sulfentanil ( r = - 0. 43 - - 0. 75, P 〈 0. 01 ). Meanwhile, compared with the baseline, there was no remarkable change in the NS and LD groups as to the percentage of δ - band power. The percentage of δ - band power in each encephalic regions of the MD and HD groups were remarkably increased from 30 seconds to 30 minutes ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The change of the percentage of δ - band power was positively correlated with the dose of sulfentanil ( r = 0. 48~ 0. 80, P 〈 0. 01 ). No significant difference was found as to the percentage of α1 - , α 2- , β2 - and θ - band power before and after treatment ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Sulfentanil treatment can dose - dependently decrease the percentage of β1 - band power of rabbit QPEEG, while increasing the percentage of β1 - band power, which indicates the potential roles that β1 - and δ- band powers take to assess the analgesic effects of sulfentanil.
