摘 要:目的观察右旋美托咪定对恩氟烷催眠、镇痛作用的影响。方法将昆明种小鼠随机分为恩氟烷组(En组)、右旋美托咪定组(Dex组)、恩氟烷与右旋美托咪定合用组(En+Dex组)。利用翻正反射实验,记录各组小鼠的入睡率;利用甩尾实验,测定各组小鼠用药前后的甩尾潜伏期(tail-flicklatency,TFL)。结果在翻正反射实验中,En+Dex组小鼠的入睡率明显高于En组和Dex组(P〈0.05)。在甩尾实验中,与基础痛阈相比,En+Dex组小鼠给药后20~40min甩尾潜伏期明显增加(P〈0.01);与En组相比,En+Dex组小鼠给药后30~40min甩尾潜伏期明显延长(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。结论右旋美托咪定能增强恩氟烷的催眠、镇痛作用。Objective To investigate the possibility of better hypnotic and analgesic effects after combined use of dexmedetomidine and enflurane. Methods Mice were randomly divided into various groups according to their different treatment of enflurane ( En group) or dexmedetomidine ( Dex group) alone or both ( En + Dex group). The sleeping rates of each group were recorded using righting reflex test. The tail - flick latencies of each group before and after treatment were determined by tail - flick test. Results In the righting reflex test, the En + Dex group presented a higher sleeping rate than both the En and Dex groups (P 〈 0.05 ). In the tail - flick test, compared with the basal line, the tail - flick latency of the En + Dex group was remarkably extended 20 to 40 min after treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the En group, the tail - flick latency of the En + Dex group was obviously extended 30 to 40 min after administration (P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The hypnotic and analgesic effects of enflurane can be enhanced after combined used with dexmedetomidine.
