摘　　要：目的研究辅助性T细胞17（Thelper cell 17，Th17）和调节性T细胞（regulatory Tcell，Treg）及细胞因子在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者中的变化。方法抽取入选的COPD患者120例[急性加重期（AECOPD）及稳定期COPD各60例]和健康对照者240例外周血，以流式细胞术分析Th17和Treg淋巴细胞，同时用ELISA法检测其白细胞介素-17（IL-17）表达水平，并对COPD患者行肺功能检查。结果①AECOPD组和稳定期COPD组患者外周血Th17、IL-17及Treg／Th17水平明显高于正常对照组；@COPD患者Th17、IL-17与第1s用力呼气量（FEV．）呈正相关；③COPD患者Treg／Th17与肺功能无相关性。结论COPD患者外周血存在Treg／Th17及IL-17变化。Objective To investigate the changes of T helper （Th） 17 cells, regulatory T cells （Treg） and IL - 17 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods Peripheral blood was collected from 120 pa- tients with COPD （acute exacerbation of COPD and stable COPD, 60 cases for each） and 240 healthy subjects. Then, the amounts of Th17 and Treg lymphocytes were analyzed by flow cytometry, while the level of IL - 17 was detected by ELISA. Each COPD patient received pulmonary function examination. Results The levels of Th17, IL - 17 and Treg/ Th17 in patients with AECOPD or stable COPD were significantly higher than those in healthy individuals. The levels of Th17 and IL - 17 were positively correlated with FEV1 for COPD patients. No relationship was found between the ratio of Treg/Th17 and the pulmonary function of COPD patients. Conclusion Changes in the ratio of Treg/Th17 and the level of IL - 17 exist in the peripheral blood of COPD patients.
