摘　　要：雨水情监控系统是Web和自动化相结合的实时数据采集统计处理系统。主要实现监测地域内排水站水泵工作状态信息数据、雨量、水位的采集、报送、处理和分析,为防汛合理调度提供科学依据。系统采用Web应用框架,以Visual Studio 2008为开发软件,以SQL Server 2008作为数据库平台,结合SQL语句进行操作,使应用程序和数据库紧密地结合起来。雨水情监控系统的开发和应用,可以有效地提高工作人员的工作效率,降低人力物力的消耗,使防汛工作更加及时有效地进行。该系统在天津市西青区运行过程中得到了很好的验证。The hydrology development and rainfall monitoring system is a real-time data acquisition statistical processing system with the Web and the automated. The system main achieves eollectting,reporting,proeessing and analysis for the drainage pump station work status information data,rainfall,water level,who＇s in the monitored area, provides a scientific basis for flood prevention reasonable dispatch. System uses Web application framework,to Visual Studio 2008｜11 for the development of software ,to SQL Server 2008 as the database platform,combined with SQL to operate, so that applications and databases closely together. Hydrology development and rainfall monitoring system can effectively improve the efficiency of staff,reduce the consumption of human and material resources,to enable flood prevention work earring out more timely and effective. The system has been well validated in Xiqing district Tianjin.
