摘  要:在煤化工企业中,常因为"晃电"而引起许多重要的低压电机停机,导致连续生产过程紊乱。该文设计了一种利用STM32微处理器和RS-485总线为硬件基础,以MODBUS为通信协议的低压电机再启动控制器。给出再启动控制器工作原理、软硬件设计及典型控制接线电路应用。应用表明,控制器在电网发生晃电后,可以准确根据电网电压恢复情况控制电机。通过以RS-485总线为物理层的MODBUS协议实现上位机对工业现场设备(低压电机)智能控制及网络化管理。In coal mining and chemical industries,many significant low voltage motors stop unexpectedly because of the occurrence of "power shaking" , which leads to disorder in continuous productions. This paper designs a kind of low voltage motor restarting controller which was based,in terms of hardware,on STM32 microprocessor and RS-485 bus,and which uses MODBUS protocol for communicating. And introduces the principle,hardware and software design and typical wiring of the restarting controller. The apply shows that the controller can get command of the motor accurately according to the recovery of the grid voltage. With MODBUS protocol,which uses RS-485 bus as its physical layer,the host computer can achieve the goal of smart controlling and network management to the field devices such as the low voltage motors.
