复方中药对热应激蛋鸡肝脏、空肠和卵巢HSP70表达量的影响

摘　　要：选用60周龄海兰褐蛋鸡80只，随机分为4组，即对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组，对照组饲喂基础日粮，试验组添加不同剂量的复方中药，鸡舍平均温度31-32℃，相对湿度75％～80％，进行40d的对比试验，研究中药复方对热应激蛋鸡肝脏、空肠和卵巢热休克蛋白70（HeatShockProtein70，HSP70）基因表达的影响，结果表明：与对照组相比，中药组蛋鸡肝脏、卵巢HSP70蛋白含量在第7、10d存在升高的情况（P〈0．05或P〉0．05），之后表达量下降，第40d表达量显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；空肠HSP70表达量在第20d出现升高的情况（P〈0．05或P〉0．05），之后表达量下降，并低于对照组，差异不显著（P〉0．05）；三个试验组间表达差异不显著（P〉0．05）。试验结果说明，所选复方中药能通过调控HSP70的表达降低热应激对蛋鸡的影响。Eighty 60-week-oht Hyline brown hens were randomly allocatted into 4 groups, control groupwas fed basal diet, group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, and group Ⅲ were fed different compound traditional chinese medicine, the temperature of experimental chamber was maintained at 31℃ to 32 ℃and the relative humidity was 75% to 80%, contrast experiment was carried out for 40 days, the aim of the study was to research the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the expression of HSP70 in liver, jejunumand ovary of layers under chronic heat stress. The results showed that, compared with the eontrol group, the expression of HSP70 in liver and ovary of experimental group layers significantly increased in the 7th and 10th day（P〈0.05）, then the expression decreased, and it was lower than control group in the 40th day （P〈0.05）; the expression of HSP70 in jejunum increased in the 20th day （P〈0.05）, then the expression decreased, and it was lower than control group （P〉0.05）; differences between the three experimental groups were not significant （P〉0.05）. The results showed that, the selected compound Chinese herbal medicine could recluce the influence of heat stress on laying hens by regulate the expression of HSP70.
