摘　　要：目的探讨应急医学救援队寒区建设规律。方法整理我院国家应急医疗队组建以来冬季外出作业资料及我院应急卫勤力量冬季训练保障做法,总结建设经验。结果寒区冬季应急医学救援行动,受其独特气候、地理、环境因素影响,存在诸多难点。结论寒区应急医学救援队软硬件建设应突出寒区冬季特异性,以保证其在严苛自然条件下切实具备救援能力。Objective To discuss on the regularity of constructing emergency medical rescue team in cold regions. Methods The assignment materials in winter since National Emergency Medical Team prganized, and the approaches of medical support our hos-pital in winter training are sorted out, and the construction experience is summarized. Results There are many difficulties faced in emergency medical rescue of the cold regions in winter, affected by its unique climate, geography, and environmental factors. Conclu-sions Soft hardware construction of emergency medical rescue team should highlight the specificity of cold regions in winter, in order to ensure its effective with rescue capacity in harsh natural conditions.
