芦山县双石镇震后H7N9禽流感防控对策

摘　　要：目的加强地震灾区低致病性H7N9禽流感防控工作，杜绝禽流感疫情的传人与发生，保障灾民身心健康。方法2013年4月22日入驻双石镇，开展为期一周的义诊及消毒防疫工作。结果2307例灾民中，753例患感冒，症状仅有头痛，流涕。体温正常组707例，低热组36例，高热组10例，但均在发病3-5天后痊愈，家养禽鸡未发现死亡。结论在灾后重建工作中，需要多部门协作，对灾区城镇、乡村的家禽饲养人员进行专业卫生防疫、防护的培训。Objective To strengthen the prevention and control work of H7N9 avian flu in earthquake-stricken area, stop the spread and occurrence of the epidemic situation, and guarantee the victims＇ physical and mental health. Methods We reached Shuangshi town on April 22 th, 2013, and carried out one week＇ s medical treatment and epidemic prevention. Results In 2307 cases of the victims, there were 753 ,rhinorrhea, 707 cases who had normal body temperature, cases who caught a cold, but the symptoms was only headache ,rhinorrhea, 707 cases who had normal body temperature, 36 cases were low fever, 10 cases were high fever who also had headache and sore throat, but all of them got fine after 3-5 days ; poultry＇ s death was not found. Conclusions In the post-disaster reconstruction work, we need more departments ＇ cooperation to train the urban and rural poultry keepers of the earthquake-stricken area at professional protective.
