加强新时期武警总队级医院应急卫勤分队建设的做法

摘　　要：为适应新时期武警部队医院纷繁变幻的卫勤保障任务,总队医院积极探索适合自己的一套卫勤保障体系。通过遂行保障任务、集中专家研讨、践行理论指导等方法,医院从战备意识、领导力量、经费投入、队伍配比、信息支撑、方案预案、卫勤演练、卫勤协同八个方面加强卫勤应急分队建设,最终圆满完成各项卫勤保障任务。总队医院卫勤应急分队的建设需要紧跟时代、贴近实战、多管齐下、开拓创新,如此才能胜任新时期武警部队遂行多样化任务。To adapt to the rapidly ever-changing of medical support mission of armed police hospital in new period, provincial crops hospital actively explore our own medical security system. Through canting out security tasks, focusing on expert discussion and practise in theoretical guidance, our hospital has strengthened the construction of medical emergency teams, from the following eight as- pects： combat readiness consciousness, leading power, investment, ratio of the troops, information support, solution plan, medical practice and medical synergy, and has ultimately accomplished the medical support tasks. In order to be competent for the diversified and ever-changing tasks of Chinese People＇ s Armed Forces（CPAF） in the new period, the construction of Provincial Corps Hospitals of CPAF needs to keep up the new period, close to actual combat, multi-pronged, and be pioneering and innovative.
