摘　　要：食管化学烧伤合并胃严重烧伤的情况,不能单独做食管重建,可利用剩余部分好的胃底与空肠复合重建食管。该术式操作简单,成功率高,远期效果好。In the condition of chemical esophageal burns combined with severe stomach burns, the esophageal reconstruction eouldn＇ t been done alone for the patient, the composite reconstruction of esophagus with the rest intact stomach and jejunum can be applied. This kind of operation is simple, with high success rate and the good long-term effect.
