综合性医院中心实验室建设与管理探索

摘　　要：作为综合性医院(教学医院)的实验室不仅是培养研究生创新能力基地,同时也是医院开展治疗新技术、新方法的重要基地。本文以武警总医院医学实验中心为例对综合性医院实验室建设与管理做一下初步探讨。加强实验室设计规划、资源配置、人员配置、实验室管理,才能全面提升综合性医院中心实验室的研究水平。The laboratory of comprehensive hospital（ teaching hospital） was the base for culturing the innovation abilities of postgraduates as well as for developing new technologies and new therapies for clinic difficult problems. This paper took the Medical Experimental Center of the General Hospital of Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces as an example to discuss the construction and management of experimental center. Throughing strengthening the laboratory design and planning,resource allocation,staffing,laboratory management,the research level of center laboratory of the comprehensive hospital could be promoted.
