摘　　要：科学精神是当代大学文化内在的文化自觉和思想动力,汇聚着大学的生命力、凝聚力、感召力和创造力,是大学文化生存的内在规定,反映着大学文化的生存境界。当今,对大学文化的生存状况进行反思,大学科学精神面临着失落的危机,管理体制、思想文化、教育模式等原因导致的科学精神缺失已突显为影响当今时代中国大学文化生存的一个关键问题。因此,当代大学文化生存的价值理性应体现在科学精神的增益上,多途径培育科学精神是中国大学文化实践生存的本质要求和重要任务。Scientific spirits are the inherent cultural awareness and ideological power of university culture. They are the combination of the life, cohesion power, emotional appeal and creativity of universities, and reveal the existence of u-niversity culture. However, a retrospection on the existence of university culture shows that scientific spirits in universities are confronted with crisis. The administrative system, ideological cultures and educational modes have caused the deficien-cy of scientific spirits. Therefore, the rationality of university culture should be realized by the enhancement of scientific spirits, and it is the essential requirements and an important task to cultivate scientific spirits through various methods.
