大型国有电网企业用户情报获取及时性关注度研究

摘　　要：及时性是情报的重要特征之一,也是影响企业对内开展情报推送质量的重要因素。文章以南方电网公司为例,对企业用户开展情报需求的问卷调查,将调查结果量化处理,并与用户的工作任务、工作年限、职业资质和情报依赖程度等变量进行交叉分析,探讨不同类型的用户对情报获取及时性关注度的差异,以为大型国有电网企业对内推送情报的频率设置提供参考。Timeliness is not only the feature of information, but also the important factor effecting on information push in large state-owned enterprises. In this study, users in China Southern Power Grid are taken for examples to carry on the investigation about the information accessing needs in large state-owned enterprises. The survey results are quantified and made a cross-analysis with different types of the staff, such as users＂ tasks, work experience, professional qualifications and degree of information dependence. It is hoped that the study can provide a reference for large state-owned power enterprises when setting frequency of information push.
