大型国有电网企业用户情报采纳方式研究

摘　　要：文章以南方电网情报用户为例,将公共企业情报系统中的情报采纳方式划分为"浏览或下载"、"购买"、"参考"、"引用"、"收藏"、"转发"、"推荐"、"上传"八种。通过问卷调查的方式,分析了任务性质、职业资历、职业资质、情报依赖四个变量对公共企业用户的情报采纳方式的影响。提出公共企业在设计情报系统、开展情报服务的过程中,应确保用户浏览下载,完善情报系统功能,培养用户情报素养,提供充足资金保障,并针对不同类别用户提供个性化服务。According to the study of the information users in China Southern Power Grid, the information adoption methods of users in public enterprises can be divided into eight types： to browse/download, to purchase, to make reference, citation, collection, forwarding, recommendation, and to upload. Based on the questionnaires, the four variables task nature, occupational qualifications, professional qualifications, intelligence dependence-were analyzed which impact the information adoption methods. It is proposed that in the progress of intelligence system designing and service supplying for the public enterprises, the browse and download functions should be ensured for users, intelligence capabilities improved, information literacy cultivated, financial security provided, and the services to different types of users personalized.
