摘 要:超大基坑主楼区顺作裙房区逆作施工是适应超高层建筑深基坑工程施工的一项新技术。以上海中心大厦基坑工程为背景,对这项技术进行了研究与应用。主楼区无内支撑圆形基坑采用明挖顺作施工,加快了塔楼的施工速度。裙房区逆作施工利用永久结构作为水平支撑,结构刚度大,有效控制了基坑的变形。基坑变形监测结果与计算结果吻合度较高,满足了设计要求。针对主楼、裙房间差异沉降大的问题,提出了沉降后浇带设置方法及施工工艺。A new construction technology combining the bottom-up method for the main tower and the top-down method for the podium is introduced in this paper, and it is developed for the construction of deep and large pit in tall building projects. Based on the construction of Shanghai Tower, this technology is studied and carried out. A large circular foundation pit is applied to the tower area of Shanghai Tower and the bottom-up construction method is used to speed up the construction and greatly shorten the construction time. The deformation of foundation pit in podium area is controlled because the top-down method is used due to the strong permanent structure as its horizontal support. Then, deformations of the pit are measured, and the measured results show that the monitoring data meet the calculated results, which also meet the design requirement. Finally, in order to reduce the settlement difference between the main tower area and the podium area, the setting method for the post-pouring settlement belt is proposed and the construction technology for the same is used accordingly.
