摘  要:在高度为3 m、直径为0.1 m的循环流化床冷态试验台上,通过测量不同工况下的系统压力及物料循环流率,研究了采用两级返料器时,不同压力平衡口位置对系统运行特性的影响,并对比研究了采用单级返料器和两级返料器结构形式循环流化床系统的运行特性。试验结果表明:当采用两级返料器时,在合理的压力平衡口位置范围内,相同工况下不同压力平衡口位置对系统运行特性影响不大;在相同的操作条件下,采用不同结构形式的返料器,系统物料循环流率的变化趋势基本一致,采用两级返料器结构形式时各级立管压降之和与采用单级返料器立管压降基本相同;利用压力的标准方差来表示压力脉动的大小,结果显示:采用单级返料器时,在提升管不同高度处和立管底部压力脉动均比较大,而采用两级返料器结构形式运行更加稳定。A series of experiments were conducted on a cold circulating fluidized bed (CFB )test rig,with the diameter of the riser 0.1 m and the height of 3 m,investigating the influence of the location of pressure balance opening on the experimental system′s operation characteristics with two-staged loop seals.The system′s operation characteristics were compared between one-staged and two-staged loop seals.The experimental results show that when the two-staged loop seals are adopted,the location of the pressure balance opening has no influence on the solids circulating rate and the pressure balance of the entire system.When the different loop seal structure is adopted,the solids circulating rate demonstrates similar trend,and the pressure drop in the standpipes nearly equals.The pressure fluctuation is higher when one-staged loop seal is applied,which indicates that the CFB with two-staged loop seals is more stable relative to one-staged loop seal.
