摘 要:主要基于HYSYS模型和遗传算法(GA)对天然气液化流程进行了优化,针对一种单循环混合冷剂液化流程(SMR)建立了优化模型,使用Matlab代码通过数据对象接口(Automation)创建HYSYS组件对象,调用HYSYS程序并传入数据,HYSYS即时计算出结果返回Matlab进行优化评价。这种优化方法大大提高了优化效率,并且由于其全局搜索的特点非常适用于在非线性、高度离散的优化模型,降低了液化装置的运行能耗,优化了液化流程的操作参数。结果表明:优化后的流程能耗,比优化前降低了6.4%,效率提高到34.74%。这种优化方法同样也适用于其他液化流程的模拟优化。The natural gas liquefaction process was optimized based on HYSYS model and genetic algorithm (GA). The single mixed refrigerant cycle (SMR)optimization model was established,and Matlab code was used to create a HYSYS component object through the data object interface (Automation).When the data were passed though into HYSYS program,the results would be calculated instantly and return to Matlab for evaluation.The method improves the efficiency of optimization and is very suitable for nonlinear and highly discrete optimization model for its global search ability,reduces the energy consumption and optimizes the process parameters.The results show that the energy consumption after optimization can be reduced by 6.4%,and the exergy efficiency can be improved to 34.74%.This optimization method is proved to be worthy in optimizing the parameters in other liquefaction.
