摘 要:在宽频带内工作的微波组件的幅频特性通常会有较大起伏.为了改善其增益平坦度,本文设计了一种超宽带、小型化的微波幅度均衡器.该均衡器由两个对称的微带支节谐振器级联而成.每个支节谐振器由阶梯状微带线和加载电阻构成.该均衡器设计尺寸小,仿真效率高,频带范围宽,可以达到1-18GHz,带内最大衰减6.9dB,最小衰减0.4dB,端口反射系数均小于-10dB.实际增益曲线与仿真曲线较为吻合.A compact broadband microwave amplitude equalizer is presented in this paper. The equalizer is designed to adjust the ripple factor of output power of the microwave power modules, which always has large fluctuations in a wide frequency range. The designed equalizer was composed of two stepped microstrip branch resonators loaded with two resistors. This structure reduced the size of equalizer with efficient simulation. Test results showed that the minimum attenuation was 0. 4 dB, the maximum attenuation was 6.9dB and the reflect coefficient was less than --10 dB in a wide frequency range of 1 to 18 GHz. The measured results were in agreement with the simulated ones.
