摘 要:针对特高压断路器连杆传动机构效率低下、传动可靠性不高的问题,通过对特高压断路器连杆传动机构的组成原理进行分析,建立了特高压断路器连杆传动机构的运动微分方程,并根据能量守恒原理建立了该传动机构的效率计算模型,对模型进行求解后得到该传动机构效率随行程的变化规律;然后在保证特高压断路器连杆传动机构满足特定运行要求的基础上,根据机构效率模型的求解结果,通过改变连杆传动机构的铰接点位置和杆件长度,设计出了新的连杆传动机构优化方案,传动角接近90°,传动效率提高6%以上,使连杆机构达到更好的传动效果。研究结果表明,所建立的机构效率计算模型和优化设计方案可有效提升特高压断路器传动机构的传动效率和工作性能。Aiming at the low efficiency and reliability of the ultra-high voltage circuit breaker transmission mechanism, the kinematic differential equations of the mechanism was built based on analyzing the mechanism's composition principle, and the efficiency calculation model of the mechanism was built according to the conservation of energy. By solving this model, efficiency curves changing with stroke were obtained. Meanwhile, a new optimal scheme was designed according to the efficiency calculation model by changing the articulated point position and length of the connecting rod, considering the certain needs of the transmission mechanism were met. Better was the transmission performance that the transmission angle was close to 90 degree and the transmission efficiency was improved more than 6%. The results indicate that the transmission efficiency and performance of the mechanism could be effectively improved and optimized by adopting the model, which calculates the organization efficiency and optimizes the design method of high voltage circuit breaker transmission mechanism.
