摘  要:为了提升沥青马蹄脂碎石混合料(SMA)的路用性能及耐久性,采用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、橡胶粉、增粘树脂、增塑组分对基质沥青进行复合改性,开发出高粘高弹改性沥青.分别以高粘高弹改性沥青、高粘沥青、SBS改性沥青作为胶结料,对比分析不同沥青制备的SMA混合料的路用性能和耐疲劳性能.结果表明:橡胶粉对沥青的弹性恢复性能及高温粘度影响较大;高粘高弹改性沥青表现出优异的粘弹性能,软化点达到92℃,5℃弹性恢复达到86%,60℃粘度达到62 000 Pa·s;采用高粘高弹沥青作为胶结材料,相比于SBS改性沥青和高粘沥青,大幅提升了SMA混合料的路用性能和耐久性能,70℃动稳定度超过7 000次/mm,0.3应力比下的疲劳次超过6万次.To improve the pavement performance and durability of stone matrix asphalt (SMA),styrenebutadiene triblock copolymer(SBS),rubber powder,tackifying resin and plasticizer were used to modify the asphalt, and the high viscosity and high elastic modified asphalt was developed. The pavement performance and durability of SMA was analyzed comparatively when using high viscosity, high elastic modified asphalt, high viscosity asphalt and SBS modified asphalt as binder respectively. The results show that the high temperature viscosity and the elastic recovery of asphalt are closely related to the dosage of rubber powder;the viscoelasticity of high viscosity and high elastic modified asphalt is excel- lent,whose softening point is 92 ℃ and recovery of elasticity at 5 ℃ is 86% ,viscosity at 60 ℃ reaching 62 000 Pa · s;the pavement performance and durability of SMA is improved,finally the dynamic stability of which at 70 ℃ exceeds 7 000 times · mm^-1 , and fatigue life stress ratio at 0.3 of which exceeds sixty thousand times.
