摘 要:以SUS304不锈钢为母材,利用自行设计制造的GPCA-TIG专用焊枪,研究了焊接工艺参数对奥氏体不锈钢GPCA-TIG焊缝成形的影响,对于优化GPCA-TIG焊接工艺具有一定的指导意义。结果表明,O元素能增加焊缝熔深,而N元素则不能,但N元素却能促进O元素的吸收;焊接电流和焊接速度决定了焊接线能量的大小,影响O元素对熔池Marangoni对流方式的改变;弧长的变化会影响焊接热源总体的热输入和熔池的温度分布。This article adopts SUS304 stainless steel for welding based metal,and studies the effect of welding parameters on shapes about SUS304 stainless steel,it is significant for optimizing welding parameters,meanwhile a specified welding torch is used which is designed and manufactured by ourselves. The result indicates weld penetrations can be increased by oxygen but not nitrogen. However the element of nitrogen can promote absorbing oxygen. Weld heat input is decided by the welding current and traveling speed, which may influence the effect of changing Marangoni convection of molten pool by the content of oxygen. The overall heat input of welding heat source and the distribution of temperature in molten pool are affected by the change of arc length.
