摘　　要：对某电站锅炉汽包水位计管座角焊缝进行磁粉检测后发现多条裂纹,分析了缺陷产生的原因,提出处理方案。根据方案制定了详细的焊接工艺,并采取焊前预热、焊后热处理等措施来保证焊接质量,焊接完成后对补焊区域进行了表面无损检测。The weld cracks in drum nilometer of the boiler was examined,and the reasons of the flaws are analyzed,after that treatment was proposed. Detailed welding technology was drew up according to the treatment, in order to ensure the welding quality we took some measures such as weld preheating and heat treatment,etc,and then testing.
