摘　　要：分析了选煤厂电动机保护监控的现状,介绍了智能电动机保护控制器的工作原理,结合现场总线通信技术,利用智能电动机保护器设计了选煤厂电动机集中监控系统,采用工控机作为上位机,智能电动机保护控制器作为下位机,组成小型智能化通讯网络系统,实现电动机的保护及数据的集中处理、显示等功能。Combined with field bus communication technology,the coal washery motor centralized monitoring system is designed.The system uses IPC as the host computer,intelligent motor protection controller as slave machine,which composes a small intelligent communication network system and realizes centralized processing,display and other functions of the motor protection and data.
