摘　　要：根据防爆柴油机煤矿安全认证要求,需要对尾气水洗箱进行打水压试验,以查看其应力和变形是否超过允许值。为了满足柴油机尾气水洗箱的强度和刚度要求,试验前需对柴油机尾气水洗箱进行打水压试验的模拟分析,为后续的优化设计提供依据。According to the requirement of national coal mine safety certification for explosion-proof diesel,the hydrostatic test of the water-washing tank must be carried out to avoid the stress and deformation exceeding the allowable standard.In order to meet the strength and stiffness requirement,it is necessary to simulate the hydrostatic test process of the water-washing tank pressure,which will provide a reference for the future optimization.
