摘　　要：针对粉煤锁斗操作过程中出现的充气设备内烧结金属出现破损的问题,分析了其出现的原因,从提高设备承压能力和增加安全联锁方面提出了2种解决方案,比较了两方案的优劣。This paper analyzes the cause of sintered metal broken inside the aeration equipment in the opera- tion of pulverized coal slag block, puts forward two solutions from aspects of increasing equipment pressure bearing capacity and adding safety interlock, and compares the advantage and disadvantage of two solutions.
