摘 要:选择了3种具有代表性的涤棉面料,采用二次通用旋转组合法设计实验方案,缝制了不同方案下的平缝试样,建立了针距、接缝角度与接缝强力指标的回归方程,分析了各因素对涤棉面料接缝强力指标的影响.实验结果表明:针距越小,面料的接缝断裂强力越大;接缝断裂强力在接缝角度为0°、45°、90°时较大;接缝断裂伸长率和断裂功均在接缝角度为45°左右时出现高峰;平纹的接缝断裂强力比斜纹稍微大点;面料的平方米克重越大,接缝断裂强力也越大.By means of quadratic general rotary unitized design, three typical T/C fabrics were chosen and sewed to form the flat seam specimens with different experimental solutions, and regression equation concerning needle distance, seam angle and seam strength was built to analyze the influences of factors on the quality of fabric seam strength. The result indicated that the shorter needle distance was, the stronger the seam breaking strength became, and especially strong at the seam angle of 0°, 45°, 90°. There appeared a summit at the seam angle of 45° approximately in seam breaking elongation as well as work-off fracture. Seam breaking strength of plain weave was slightly greater than that of twill, and became stronger with the increasing cubic meter of fabrics.
