摘　　要：本文以龙口矿区特殊的"三软"地层为背景,把梁家煤矿开采二层煤和四层煤的采场作为研究对象,介绍了从研究采场矿压显现规律和特点入手,来指导采场围岩控制方面的实践经验。文章重点归纳了三个方面的分析:(1)探讨了软岩巷道变形规律和特点的研究,以及改善软岩巷道支护形式的实践;(2)探讨了采煤工作面矿压显现参数的研究,以及进行工作面支护及设备选型的实践;(3)探讨了工作面上覆岩层运动规律、支承压力分布规律以及不同煤层协调开采期间的互扰性影响等方面的研究,以及改善采动压巷道维护的实践。This paper taken special ＂ three -Soft＂ stratum in Longkou mining area as the background, working facemining two coal and four coal seam of LiangJia coal mine as the research object, introduced the strata behavior regularityand characteristics, to guide the stratum control of working face. This paper focuses on the analysis of three aspects ： oneis to study the rules and characteristics of deformation of soft rock roadway, as well as the improvement of soft rockroadway supporting form of practice; two is to explore the parameters of strata behavior regularity of working face, and theselection of support and equipment of working face ; three is the overlying strata movement rule of working face , thebearing pressure distribution and the mutual interference effects during coordination mining different coal seam , andimprove the practice of maintaining roadway bearing mining pressure.
