摘 要:以穗型直立的紧凑型水稻品种沈农07425和穗型弯曲的松散型水稻品种秋光为材料,在不同氮素水平下研究两种株型水稻品种的根系活力。结果表明,紧凑型沈农07425与松散型秋光的根系总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积均符合高氮>中氮>低氮的关系,其中总吸收面积受施氮水平影响较大,而活跃吸收面积受品种与施氮水平交互作用影响较大。两个品种水稻根系氧化力随着供氮水平的增加而增加,施用氮肥能提高根系氧化力。The compact rice Shennong 07425 with erect panicle and the loose rice Akihikari with obtained were described as follows. There was the same trend of total absorption area and active absorption area between Shennong 07425 and Akihikari:nitrogen level was bigger, the items became more stronger. The total absorption area was affected by nitrogen level greatly, and active absorption area was influenced by the interactive effects between plant type of variety and nitrogen level. The oxidizing ability per gram of root in both varieties increased with nitrogen application raised, and nitrogen fertilizer can improve the oxidation ability of root.
