流程卡在预防冠状动脉介入术后拔鞘致血管迷走反射中的应用效果

摘　　要：总结冠状动脉介入术后拔鞘致血管迷走反射患者的临床抢救护理经验,制定预防措施及抢救流程卡,并应用流程卡对医护人员进行应急抢救能力的培训。结果表明,应用流程卡后,冠状动脉介入术后拔鞘致血管迷走反射发生率显著下降,同时护士病情观察、应急反应能力及病情判断能力显著提高。This paper summarizes clinical nursing experience for patients with vasovagal reaction after the coronary stent extubation. Prevention measures were made and rescue process card was developed, which was applied in the emergency rescue capability training for medical staff. The results indicated that, after the application of process card, the incidence of vasovagal reaction reduced significantly, and at the same time, nurses ’ ability of observation, emergency response and condition judgment had increased dramatically. So we think that process card can help improve nurses ’ emergency response ability, reduce the incidence of vagus reflex after coronary stent extubation .
