赛肤润应用于老年卧床患者阴囊红肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨赛肤润应用于老年卧床患者阴囊红肿的疗效观察.方法 将50例阴囊红肿的患者随机分组.实验组应用1∶5000呋喃西林清洗,晾干,多次涂擦赛肤润,稍加按摩,再行红外线照射阴囊,每次15 min,2次/d,照射完使用阴囊托带,安放阴囊;对照组应用1∶5000呋喃西林清洗,红外线照射阴囊,每次15 min,2次/d,照射完使用阴囊托带,安放阴囊.结果 两组患者在相同时间内阴囊红肿的消退程度差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.实验组48～72 h有效率为100％.对照组为86.3％;而实验组治愈率为91％,对照组治愈率为65％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 实验组患者阴囊红肿消退更为有效.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of scrotal swelling applied Sanyrene on elderly bedridden patients.Methods 50 patients of scrotal swelling were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group received 1∶5000 nitrofurazone cleaning,drying,repeatedly Sanyrene rubbing,massaging,then the infrared radiation used on scrotum for 15 min,twice/d,after irradiation the scrotum placed with the scrotal support; control group received 1∶5000 nitrofurazone cleaning,infrared radiation on scrotum for 15 min,twice/d,after irradiation the scrotum caring with the scrotal supports.Results There were significant differences of subsiding in scrotum swelling between the two groups by the same time.Conclusion The scrotal swelling subsided more effectively in experimental group.
