摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻内镜手术术后的护理重点,以及并发症的观察和护理对策,提高手术有效率.方法 对136例符合手术指征的鼻腔、鼻窦病变患者行鼻内镜下手术,术前给予常规护理、心理干预;术后密切观察病情,配合医生进行鼻腔清理及鼻窦冲洗,做好出院随访,观察术后恢复情况.结果 136例患者术后随访观察,治愈、有效共129例,有效率94.85％.结论 鼻内镜术后护理及术后随访对鼻内镜手术效果有重要作用.Objective To explore the importance of postoperative nursing,and observe the complication after functional endoscopic sinus surgery in order to improve operation effective rate.Methods 136 cases of nasal and sinus lesions patients conformed to operation indication were undergone with nasal endoscopy.Routine nursing measures and psychological intervention were given to all of the patients before operation.Close attention should be paid to patients＇ condition after operation and nasal irrigation was given.Follow-up investigation should be carried out after the patients left hospital to observe postoperative recovery.Result 129 cases were cured or had successful response,total effective rate was 94.85％.Conclusion Postoperative nursing care and follow-up visit are important in functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
