摘 要:白癜风是一种由于黑色素细胞受损导致色素脱失的常见色素障碍性皮肤病,其病因复杂,发病机制尚未明确。多种细胞因子与白癜风的发病关系密切。细胞因子通过旁分泌或自分泌的方式,影响黑色素细胞的生物学特性。白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子等抑制黑色素细胞生长,干细胞因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子等促进黑色素细胞的生长、分化和增殖。该文旨在介绍各种细胞因子的作用机制以及在白癜风上的应用和展望。Vitiligo is an idiopathic depigmentary skin disorder characterized by selective destruction of melanocytes.The etiology of vitiligo is complex and the pathogenesis has not been well underrstood.In recent years many studies show that various cytokines are related with vitiligo pathogenesis.Cytokines can affect the biological characters of melanocytes through autocrine or paracrine modes of action.It has been demonstrated that tumor necrosis factor and interleukin have an inhibitory effeot on the growth of melanocytes,whereas stem cell factor and basic fibroblast growth factor can promote the growth,differentiation and proliferation of melanocytes.Here is to introduce the mechanism of action of various cytokines as well as applications and outlook on vitiligo.
