摘　　要：核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体3(NALP3)又称NLRP3,NALP3炎性小体作为固有免疫的重要组分在机体天然免疫和获得性免疫反应中具有重要作用,它能被多种类型的病原体或危险信号所激活,是活化胱天蛋白酶1(caspase-1)的分子平台,进而调控白细胞介素(IL)1β、IL-18等促炎细胞因子的成熟和分泌。近年来,NALP3炎性小体在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)中的作用和意义日益受到关注,该文就NASH中NALP3-caspase-1-IL-1β炎性通路的研究进展予以综述。As one of the most important parts of inherent immunity, NALP3 inflammasome plays a major rule in both natural immune and adaptive immune response of the body. It can be activated by many kinds of pathogens or danger signals, servefing as a molecule platform of activating caspase-1, and regulating the maturation and secretion of proinflammatory cytokine IL-1,IL-18 etc. Recently, more and more attentions have been paid on the effect and significance of NALP3 inflammasome in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. Here is to make a review of the current studies of Nalp3-caspase-l-IL-1 13 inflammatory pathway in this disease.
