摘　　要：海绵窦是一对重要的硬脑膜窦,结构十分复杂。长期以来,学术界一直对海绵窦是静脉窦还是静脉丛、应称为鞍旁结构还是海绵窦等问题存在争议。近年来,随着显微技术的普遍应用及颅底外科的逐渐成熟,人们对海绵窦解剖结构的研究逐渐深入。该文就海绵窦的概念、海绵窦的壁与膜、海绵窦与脑神经的复杂位置关系、海绵窦与颈内动脉等相关问题予以综述。Cavernous sinus is a pair of important dural sinus, and the structure is very complex. For a long time,it has been controversial whether it＇s a sinus venous sinus or venous plexus, and whether it should be called parasellar structure or cavernous sinus. In recent years, with the widespread application in microscopy and the gradually maturation of the skull base surgery, the study of anatomy of the cavernous sinus is getting deeper gradually. Here is to make a review of the concept of the cavernous sinus, cavernous sinus wall with film, cavernous sinus and cranial nerves complex position, cavernous sinus and internal carotid artery.
