摘　　要：真菌球型鼻窦炎是非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的一种,多见于免疫状态正常者,为真菌性鼻窦炎最常见的类型,多发病于一侧上颌窦。鼻腔、鼻窦局部阻塞是真菌球型鼻窦炎发病的主要原因,CT鼻窦扫描检查是目前较为准确的检查方法,确诊依靠病理检查,功能性鼻窦手术是治疗该病的首选方式。该文介绍真菌球型鼻窦炎的发病、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗的研究进展。Fungal ball nasosinusitis is a non-invasive fungal sinusitis, mostly found in the normal immune status, the most common type of fungal sinusitis, often seen on one side of the maxillary sinus. Nasal, paranasal sinus occlusion is the main cause of the onset of the disease, and sinus CT scan is a relatively accurate screening method, while pathological examination is the basis of the confirmation of the diagnosis, and functional endoscopic sinus operation is the first choice treatment. Here is to make a review of the research progress in the onset, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of fungus ball nasosinusitis.
