摘　　要：心脏移植是终末期心脏病的有效治疗方法。该文从麻醉诱导、麻醉维持、术中维护血流动力学的稳定、心脏移植后肺动脉高压及右心衰的处理、免疫抑制剂的使用这几个方面介绍麻醉处理进展。At present,heart transplantation has become an effective therapy for patients with endstage heart failure.This article reviews recent research about steady induction and maintaining of anesthesia ,maintaining stable hemodynamics ,the treatment of heart transplant patients with pulmonary hypertension , immunosuppression during perioperative period .
