顺尔宁对儿童支气管哮喘患者疗效影响及安全性临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨顺尔宁治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法:67例儿童支气管哮喘随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组33例采用常规基础治疗,观察组34例常规基础治疗上加用顺尔宁4-5mg/次,1次/d,睡前服用,连续用药3个月。并对所有患儿随访6个月。结果:治疗后观察组临床总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的78.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组喘息、呼吸困难和哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月,观察组复发率为5.88%,低于对照组的27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有患儿均未发生明显不良反应。结论:顺尔宁治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效确切,可以有效改善患儿哮喘临床症状,减少复发率,是一种安全的治疗方法。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of singulair in treatment of 67 cases bronchial asthma in children .Method：67 cases of bronchial asthma in children were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 33 cases in control group were treated with conventional founda-tion, 34 cases in observation group were treated with singulair based on conventional foundation ,4 to 5mg/times, one day, before sleeping,continuous used for 3 months.All of the children were followed up for 6 months.Result： After treatment,the clinical effective rate was in observation group （97.06%）,which was higher than in control group （78.79%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;The disappear time of breathing , breathing difficulty and wheezing in observation group was shorter than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;followed up for 6 months,recurrence rate was 5. 88%in observation group ,which was lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）;All patients were without obviou adverse reaction .Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of sin-gulair in treatment of bronchial asthma in children is very good ,it can effectively improve the clinical symp-toms,reduce the recurrence rate , which is a safe treatment method .
