剖宫产产妇围术期炎性应激及血流变的变化观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨及研究剖宫产产妇围术期炎性应激及血流变的变化情况。方法:选取2011年5月至2013年9月于本院进行剖宫产的48例产妇为观察组,并以同期的48例阴道顺产产妇为对照组,然后将两组孕产妇产前及产后1d、3d、5d的血清炎性应激及血流变指标进行检测与比较。结果:两组产前的血清炎性应激指标无显著性差异,P均>0.05,但观察组产前的血流变指标低于对照组,而产后1d、3d及5d的血清炎性应激及血流变指标均高于对照组,且观察组产后1d及3d的上述检测指标均高于其他时间点,P均<0.05。结论:剖宫产产妇围术期炎性应激及血流变的变化均呈现先升后降的趋势,且上述指标的波动明显大于阴道顺产的产妇。Objective：To study the change state of inflammatory stress and hemorheology of pregnant women with cesarean section during the perioperative period .Method：48 pregnant women with cesarean sec-tion in our hospital from May 2011 to September 2013 were the observation group ,48 pregnant women with spontaneous vaginal delivery at the same time were the control group ,then the serum inflammatory stress and hemorheology indexes of two groups before the delivery and at first ,third,fifth day after the delivery were de-tected and compared .Result：The serum inflammatory stress indexes of two groups before the delivery had no significant differences ,all P〉0.05,while the hemorheology indexes of observation group before the delivery were lower than those of control group ,and the serum inflammatory stress and hemorheology indexes of obser-vation group at first ,third,fifth day after the delivery were all higher than those of control group ,and those detection indexes of observation group at first and third day after the delivery were all higher than those at other time,all P〈0.05.Conclusion：The inflammatory stress and hemorheology of pregnant women with ce-sarean section during the perioperative period shows a trend of increasing first and decreasing afterward ,and the fluctuation of those indexes were obviously greater than those of pregnant women with spontaneous vaginal delivery.
