摘　　要：降低生铁成本是降低钢铁企业生产成本,提高企业竞争力的关键。本文统计了莱芜钢铁集团有限公司(以下简称莱钢)2#高炉的生产情况,分析了入炉焦比的影响因素,制定并采用了优化措施,成功地将入炉焦比进一步降低,取得了良好效果,经济效益显著。Reduction of pig iron cost is the key to reduce the production cost and improve the competitiveness of enter-prises.In the paper,the statistics of 2# blast furnace production situation of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd was count,and the factors restricting the coke ratio was analyzed.The resolving measures were researched.By optimizing ways,the coke ratio was further reduced,and good results and economic benefits were achieved.
