基于LT公司电子商务的VMI库存模型研究

摘　　要：信息技术的迅速发展使得电子商务成为当今最有活力的商贸活动之一,而且正在逐渐取代大的实体商店,其发展前途不可估量。电商的库存成本占总成本的很大一部分比例,因此,如何控制好库存有利于节约成本以及最大程度的盈利。本文从当前电商的一般库存管理模式着手,将供应商管理库存理论与电子商务结合,不仅能减少库存甚至实现零库存,而且能实现快速补货与发货,使得电商和供应商实现共赢。Rapid development of information technology makes E-commerce has become the most dynamic commercial activity,and has been replacing large physical store,and its development will thrive.Electricity supplier inventory cost ratio of a large part of the total cost,therefore,how to control inventory will help to save costs and maximize profits.The paper was from the current general inventory management model electricity supplier to proceed,the vendor-managed inventory theory combined with E-commerce,not only to reduce or even achieve zero inventories,and can achieve rapid replenishment and delivery,making electricity providers and suppliers to achieve win-win situation.
