修购专项仪器设备档案规范化管理实践探析

摘　　要：全面推进仪器设备档案规范化管理是新形势下做好修购置专项工作的迫切需要,在实践中取得了显著的成效。文章结合7个修购专项仪器设备购置项目档案管理经验,简要阐述了仪器设备档案管理的重要性,总结了在档案管理过程中存在的问题,并提出相对应的管理措施,建议继续加大仪器档案管理深度支持科研院所条件平台的建设。In order to improve the work of special funds for renovation and purchase in the new situation and make remarkable achievements in practice, it is urgent to promote the standardized management of instruments and equipment. Combined with seven management experience of archives of project for special funds for renovation and purchase, this paper briefly described the importance of archives management of instrument and equipment, summaried problems arising in the process of archives management, and put forward the relevant management measures. It recommended that it should continue to strengthen instrument files management and support institute condition and platform construction.
