摘　　要：在科研条件建设项目的工程建设工作完成后,应当给项目运行所涉及各项工作的运转留有一定相互适应的时期,也就是说应当在各项工作运行一段时间后再对其进行评估,因为项目建成后其功能与作用的充分发挥以及运转效果在项目建成并运行一段时间后才能显现出来。因此,在项目建成并运行一段时间后对其进行评估是比较科学、有效的。进行项目后评估的目的,就是要不断总结经验,借鉴得失,不断探索科研条件建设项目建设工作的新途径、新方法。After the project construction for scientific research projects, it should give a mutual adaptation period for the project running, that is to say, the project should be evaluated after the project running for a period, because the effect and role of the project need a long time to display. Therefore, it is more scientific and effective to evaluate the project after a long time running. Post -evaluation of the project is to constantly sum up the experiences,learn from failure, and continuously explore new ways for the construction of research conditions.
