摘 要:设计一种应用电液比例方向阀和电液比例溢流阀控制的变量喷液试验台。通过改变输给两阀的控制电压信号,即可完成对喷液泵输出流量的调整。试验结果表明:喷液泵输出流量均匀稳定,两电液比例阀的控制电压信号对喷液泵流量的影响均显著且呈正相关,其中电液比例方向阀相对于电液比例溢流阀的影响更明显。为变量喷液技术在农业生产实际中应用提供理论依据。A hydraulic control test bench, in which the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve and the overflow valve are used to control the spraying rate of the liquid fertilizer, is designed. The fertilization is controlled by changing output voltage signals of the two valves. The results show that the pump flow is uniform and stable. The voltage signals of the two valves are positively associated with the fertilization pump flow, and the influences of the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve on the pump flow are more significant. The research provides a theoretical basis for the application of the variable rate liquid fertilization in agricultural production.
