摘 要:为适应作动系统集成、高效的发展趋势,提出了一种基于数字液压和变频技术的一体化数字液压作动器方案,阐述了系统的设计思路及工作原理。利用作动器的本体资源,设计了基于串行通讯和数据采集的测控系统并进行了试验验证。结果表明,测控系统功能齐全,稳定可靠,能够有效监控一体化数字液压作动器的运行状态,位移和压力控制特性良好。To adapt to the development trend of the actuation system with integration and high-efficiency, a new scheme of the integrated digital hydraulic actuator is proposed based on digital hydraulic and frequency conversion technologies. The design ideas and working principles are elaborated. Utilizing body resources of the actuator, a special test and control system is designed based on serial communications and data acquisition, and the validation experiments are also carried out. The results show that, the test and control system functions comprehensively, works steadily and reliably, and can effectively monitor and control the running states of the integrated digital hy- draulic actuator, which shows good displacement and pressure control characteristics.
