摘  要:为快速测定蓖麻籽的含油率,缩短采购检验的时间,保持被检测样品的完整性,使用Perten DA7200型近红外仪测定了46份蓖麻籽样品的近红外光谱值,并用常规化学分析方法测定了对应蓖麻籽样品的含油率,并将这二者拟合建立了定标模型。验证评价结果表明:含油率的相关性为0.9655,定标方程的偏差为0.000003913,定标方程的预测能力良好,可替代传统含油率测定方式,实现快速无损测定蓖麻籽含油率。To develop a time-saving and nondestructive testing method for determination the oil content of castor seeds, Perten DA7200 near-infrared analyzer was used in this determination of near-infrared spectral values of 46 castor samples, and these samples oil content were determined by conventional chemical analysis method at the same time. Then a calibration model was established based on the combination of the two to fit. The the verification and evaluation results showed that: the oil content' s correlation coefficient was 0.9655, and the deviation of the calibration equation was 0.000003913. It proved that the calibration equation has excellent predictive capability and was a better alternative to traditional oil content measurement in rapid and nondestructive determination of caster bean oil content.
