摘　　要：介绍了液力耦合器的工作原理,分析了液力耦合器传递功率、制动力矩和制动器上闸时间、拉紧力和拉紧滚筒初始位置对带式输送机工作状态的影响,论述了在安装调试过程中应关注的几个设计要素。The operation mechanism of hydraulic coupler were introduced. The influences of various hydraulic coupler parameters on belt conveyor performances,the parameters including transmission power,braking torque and brake closing time,strain and initial position of strained drum on the effect of belt conveyor working condition were analyzed. Based on these,it further elaborated designing few factors in the process of belt conveyor installation and commissioning were discussed.
