百克钳在肝包虫外囊完整剥除术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨百克钳应用于肝包虫外囊完整剥除术中的可行性、有效性和安全性。方法选择2006年7月-2013年7月行百克钳肝包虫外囊完整剥除术(百克钳组)21例和行常规器械肝包虫外囊完整剥除术(常规器械组)32例患者,观察两组术中情况、术后疗效及并发症发生情况。结果 53例患者均顺利完成手术。两组患者术中出血量、术后平均住院时间及术后并发症胆漏、术区积液与胸腔积液差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而手术时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百克钳应用于肝包虫外囊完整剥除术安全、有效,并可缩短手术时间,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the feasibility,efficacy and safety of Biclamp in total cystectomy for treatment of cystic echinococcosis.Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with Biclamp and 32 patients with traditional instruments in total cystectomy for treatment of cystic echinococcosis from July 2006 to July 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Operations of 53 cases were successfully completed;no significant differences in the mean postoperative hospital stay,blood loss,local hydrops,pleural effusion and bile leakage were found in Biclamp group and traditional instrument group （P 〈0.05）,but differences in the operation time in two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The surgical tech-nique with Biclamp in total cystectomy for treatment of cystic echinococcosis proved safe and feasible,with shortened operating time and great value in clinical practice.
