摘　　要：目的探讨MANTIS(Minimal Access Non-Traumatic Insertion System)脊柱系统手术治疗腰椎退变性疾病的手术配合与护理。方法 2010年11月-2013年12月采用后路MANTIS脊柱系统手术治疗腰椎退变性疾病共89例,术中采取全麻,俯卧位,G型臂透视。结果手术时间平均123min。术中病人生命体征平稳,体位暴露充分,手术进行顺利,无术后并发症发生。患者对护理的满意度达到94.7%。结论 MANTIS脊柱系统手术具有创伤小及可以完成开放内固定手术的所有步骤的优势,在有熟练的脊柱微创手术的配合与护理的前提下,MANTIS脊柱系统手术进行顺利,病人无术后并发症发生,达到了医患满意的效果。Objective The article discusses the coordination and nursing in MANTIS （Minimal Access Non-Traumatic Insertion System）spinal system operation on Lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods 89 cases of rear MANTIS spinal system operation on Lumbar degenerative diseases between November 2010 and December 2013 were observed.In all cases,general anesthesia was adopted with patients in prostration and X ray in G arm perspective.Results On average,the surgical operation lasted 123 minutes.The patients were in stable condition with the area of interest well exposed.Operations were all successful without complications.Patients and doctors were all satisfied.Conclusion With proper coordination and nursing,MANTIS Spinal system operation incurs minimal trauma with all the procedural advantages seen in open internal fixation operations.The surgical operations could go smoothly without further complication afterwards.
